Private Jet Charter Cost Basics

Concord Private Jet keeps pricing transparent. Every charter quote begins with our minimum billable time so you know the floor before we layer on block hours and 7.5% FET:

  • Turbo props & light jets (Pilatus PC-12 through Citation CJ3): 1.5 flight hours + 0.2 taxi time = 1.7-hour baseline
  • Midsize, super-mids, and large-cabin jets (Hawker 800XP through Falcon 2000): 2.0-hour minimum. Even if your flight plus taxi runs shorter, billing starts at 2.0 hours before tax.

Jet Card Fleet & Hourly Guide

  • Turbo Prop (Pilatus PC-12, King Air 100/200) – $5,450/hr
  • Light Jet (Nextant 400, Hawker 400XP, Citation CJ3, Citation V) – $6,450/hr
  • Midsize (Hawker 800XP, Lear 60, Citation XLS) – $7,850/hr
  • Heavy Jet (GIV-SP, Challenger 300, Challenger 604, Falcon 2000) – $11,950/hr

Quick Estimate Examples
Remember: the 1.7-hour baseline only applies when your requested mission is shorter than that floor. Once a route’s filed flight time exceeds the minimum, we bill the full block time plus taxi before tax.

  • Light jet (TEB → PBI, 2 hr 23 min flight time): Citation CJ3 plans for 2.38 block hours plus 0.2 hr taxi = 2.58 billable hours. 2.58 × $6,450 = $16,662 before tax, $17,912 all-in after 7.5% FET.
  • Midsize (baseline 2.0 hrs): Teterboro → Boston on a Citation XLS (only 1.1 hrs flight time) still bills 2.0 × $7,850 × 1.075 ≈ $16,871 all-in.
